Channabasweshwar D.Pharmacy Institute is run by Panchakshari Shivacharya Trust, Aloor. At. Latur Trust is having 22 Acre Land of its own.  As per the pharmacy council of India new Delhi. Institute is having required laboratories, liberary classroom, office, auditorium Hall, Audio Visual room, Store, Students rooms, museum and meditional garden. The constructed area is about 12,064 sq.mtr.
